Hi there! My name is Jordan and we are in need of staff!
We have a base server testing out plugins and such so when we officially launch it, it will be perfect for everyone who decides to play!
Our OP Prison is more than just OP Prison, it's a mini network. If you get bored of just doing OP Prison, we have skyblock, hunger games, and annual server events that either myself or an Admin will host to keep the players engaged!
We are in need of some Developers (MUCH needed!), Builders (Again, MUCH needed), and some Moderators!
Whatever Interested here is the application!

Why do you believe you should be apart of our staff team?: I want to be apart of the staff team so I can get to know more people and let players feel welcomed. I want to help each individual player so that they feel comfortable when they're on the server. I believe I should be apart of your staff team because I am loyal to each player, I stay calm in most situations, and I am dedicated to the server and the players.
Experience as a staff member: I have been helper before on different servers. I dedicate my time to the server as I can be on the server for at least 7 hours a day. I've been known to multitask when it comes to helping players. From my past knowledge of being a staff member on other servers I have gone through a lot of situations, which I may know how to go through now. I have also learned from past mistakes so I don't do the same problem again.
List Scenarios and examples of how you would deal with the players: If a player is spamming chat with a question I would ask them to stop spamming and to message me their problem. If there is more than one person asking for help in main chat I would ask what their questions are and try my best to answer them. If a player is breaking the rules I would tell them the consequences of their action and punish them. If two staff members are having a conflict in public chat and it's getting out of hand I would tell them to talk it our over skype, discord, or private message. If a new player has joined and didn't read the rules and is asking questions about the rules I would tell them to go over and read them again and if they still don't understand I would then help them.
