I currently own a server called 'Pixelmon: New World'. It's Survival and has Votifier, etc. However, I only get 4-5 people on average per day. Whether that's due to school or otherwise, I want people to play on my server. Then I had an idea. A custom plugin that could change the way people play Pixelmon! So now I need some mod developers to make that mod for me. It might be very hard for you, but I'll be very grateful! If you get the spot, add me on Skype (jojomoodswing). I would code with anything other than modded servers (the type of modded that requires the player to download the mod)

I am going to stick with Pixelmon for now, though. I am interested in Factions though... Maybe one day I might try my hand with that ^-^

Sadly not very many people do Plugin Development, You're lucky to find a Plugin Manager. but you'll almost never find a Plugin Developer, I suggest trying a different type of server, Maybe something easy like Factions/Survival, then later on add Pixelmon.

I would like to help you out with your server, I just loged in and can a couple problems that would keep players from coming back.
You can get the starter kit twice at the start, I know its not biggie if you put the cool down on 24 hours any ways.
The shop sell prices are pretty bad, You can sell 1 rotten flesh for the same price as a diamond? Pricing everything at 7-9 coins is not a very good idea if you want a striving economy on your server.
I've been kicked twice in the last 10 minutes due to server lag or you not having enough ram on the server.
