I've been working on a modded server and need some help to speed things along.
The server isn't open to the public yet but it's a modded bukkit server, with a separate mining server linked with bungee proxy and in-game portals (still working out the kinks in the proxy and portals).
running from home on a fibreop 80mb/30mb connection. main server has an amd 3ghz quad core and 4gb ram,mining server has an intel 3ghz dual core and 4gb ram (ordering more ram for both servers soon). I ran a normal bukkit server for almost 2 years untill this and the only time it was down was for maintenance/technical difficulties, power outages, and ISP issues.
I'm well rounded in all aspects of running a server/website/etc. myself and I'm not expecting people who know everything (although it'd be nice haha), just a lot about one thing.
Position includes mod status on the server, and you can start your own town.
I'm looking for:
coders- html,php or javascript. don't need to be an expert or anything. It will involve mostly work on the website but I may start work on a plugin if the need arises.
forum management- I don't know how to title that, when the server was normal bukkit I had a forum on the site and hardly used it. I didn't really know what to put there, so I'm looking for somone to take control of the forums. content of the forums and rules would be for the most part up to you, should I need something added or feel a rule needs to be changed I'll let you know.
Graphic Designers- I don't suck at art, I just plain have no artistic talent. The server needs a logo/banner or something of the sort for the main page, a background for the technic modpack (background displays on the technic launcher when the mod is selected), an icon for the modpack, and any other art or pictures the server needs.
and its not a one time thing- if you join the staff as the server artist you're position is secure so long as you do the job. keeping the same art all the time would eventually get old haha.

I do not need player moderators,plugin managers, and people to "design" me a website using a website template generator. I don't care if you've "owned" a server before- anyone with a computer and an internet connection can run a server. for that matter, I don't care about any previous experience you may have moderating or running a server; if i did it would be listed. I am a pretty good build and can build from spawns to cave homes. As it says below I have tons of experience with being a member of staff. Like I said I love to help out!

To make it clear, I need staff that can help in development of the server, I already have staff for player moderating.
