MogBoxMC [Staff Recruitment]
Hello everyone!
My name is TheMCManiac, and I am the proud developer of MogBoxMC.
Currently, our staff team consists of 2 owners, and two moderators. We are still searching for more staff team members. I will explain MogBoxMC a little more for you guys to understand what you will be applying for. MogBoxMC is still in progress of being coded, but permissions and gamemodes are on the way! This will be an Survival Games server, and more! I will list the positions we are searching for:
- -- 2-3 Administrators: Please note, that we request you be at least 17 (some exceptions for 16) years old to apply. Also, give us 3+ sentence answers, where possible that give us a good idea of who you are!
- -- 10+ Moderators: The age requirement is 14. Give us good detail in your answers!
- -- We also need a skilled build team to create amazing maps for the server! There is no age requirement.
There are two application processes. The first being here, in your sentence responses. If you do well enough, I will personally accept you. If you did okay, I will request a simple interview over Skype with myself and my co-owner. If you were rejected, you may have a Skype interview, but it will be a more strict interview.

Do you have any previous staff experience? For the years i have been playing minecraft, i have moderated, administered, developed for, and owned many minecraft servers. Do you have any previous staff experience? To be honest, I have allot experience. I do know the basics of moderating servers though. I know patience is really important to being a successful Helper and also just paying attention to what's happening in the chat and in game. Furthermore, I try to be as helpful as I can and I report all rule breakers that I spot. I try to be as effective as a normal player as I can be.
Do you have any building experience? Well will rate 5/10
Why would you like to be on the MogBoxMC staff team? I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the MogBoxMC . I understand that moderators cannot always be available and can't monitor every word and action, but because I live in Aruba, I often play when there are no other staff members online. Being a part of the staff on MogBoxMC would allow greater staff presence over more time zones, and thus help out players that do not regularly play at the same time as current staff. I also believe that my past experience would be an added benefit to the server.

Ive been Manager on a few servers where i done my role , got the server setup then it fell because of lack of funds. Ive Been Head-Admin Managing the staff team for the server and making sure everything runs smoothly. Ive been Developer as i pretty much setup all the config and added new things at request and if i thought it would be good to have. I have been in Moderation roles like I was a Moderator on and old server that had arround 40 players daily I played on it and reached the rank of Admin by the end Then my laptop broke and I got inactive. I have experience as a Chat-Mod and can do the role easily monitoring the chat ensuring everything is in line.
Do you have any building experience? Im a decent Builder but im not great. I dont build alot but have some good ideas when it comes to it.
Why would you like to be on the MogBoxMC staff team?
