Description:
We are a small whitelisted community of mature players, most of us in our mid-20's who enjoy playing simple semi-vanilla survival. Our server was started so like-minded players who just want to play simple survival in a non-PVP and grief free environment could find a place to call home. For us Minecraft is about sharing a multiplayer experience, making friends and having some fun. Though most of us play as individuals we're very community orientated and enjoy helping each other out when needed, and even as our server grows we plan on remaining as a small tight knit server so everyone feels a like they are a valued part of a community.
We offer a "semi-vanilla" survival style of gameplay and while to do have a few plugins to help protect against griefing and a basic economy with a spawn shop, we try and keep the gameplay as close to the original Minecraft "vanilla" experience as possible. We don't run bloated, complicated or useless plugins. Everything on the server is designed to be easy to use and hassle free and very beginner friendly. There are no complicated commands to learn.
We have a anti-grief land claiming system which is very easy to use, and once claimed only you and any players you name can interact with any blocks within your claim, (you can even turn off mob spawning). Our chest and door protection system is just as simple, place a chest, door, furnace, etc... and they are automatically locked to you.

server rules:
(They may seem strict but it ensures we have a nice trouble free server that everyone can enjoy)
[1] Respect other players and their property. No griefing, stealing, PVP or killing another player's animals.
[2] Respect the landscape. Please do not dig, mine or chop trees close to the Biome warp exits. No torch spam, 1x1 towers, 1x1 mineshafts, and 1x1 bridges.
[3] Do not build close to the borders of spawn, near other players homes without their permission, and do not build over or lay claim to large areas of land unless you have legitimately claimed it using our land claiming plugin.
[4] No offensive builds (including words and symbols). No pixel or 2D art in the main Survival world.
[5] All chat must be in English. No swearing, homophobic, or racist language. No spamming chat, CAPS, and no advertising of any kind, including posting server addresses and IPs.
[6] Any form of automated redstone is strictly against the rules. All redstone builds must have an on/off switch and be switched off when offline. Anything which causes server lag or other performance issues, including builds with large numbers of mobs, excessive fast repeating redstone, and excessive hoppers, will be removed without warning.
[7] No cheating, bug-abusing, x-raying, use of hacked clients or account sharing.
[8] No recording, posting or streaming videos, (Youtube, Twitch, Vimeo, Metacafe etc...), of any content on the server.
[9] Do not ask for Staff ranks, OP, or any other free permissions or ranks.
[10] Please do not attempt to bypass or push the rules to the limit. Do not question their validity, fairness or argue with staff in chat.
