Movecraft RP server builder needed

On my server Streamer Craft, I want to revamp it with a medieval roleplaying theme.
The Main thing is the idea of trading and that you buy goods in one place and sell them for a profit somewhere else, But, the server will also be “taking place” in medieval Europe and West Asia so people of prestige can claim a country for their faction and they can run whatever government they want. They can go to war, make alliances and trade agreements as well as whatever else they desire.
What I need is a builder who is decent at building medieval towns and cities (I’d rather not download pre-built stuff.
What’s in it for you?

That includes some starting money, resources, and a few trading ships
