Hello server owners,
Boy, do I have a proposal for you. You could join the soon to be MPNetwork. So far we have built and did the plugins for the faction part of the network. What we need is a couple more servers, that is where you come to hand. This network will consist of factions, op factions, prison, op prison, mini-games, and last but not least survival. The staff would be voted on by all owners, but the owner of that particular server has the final word. With so many ranges of chooses no way our network could be a failure. We would connect the server with lilypad. We are currently using the hosting company Fluctis. To join the network, just fill out an application below.I will review the applications, if you pass the applications you were have a chat interview on Skype. If you pass that, well then you are on the team.

Hello, I would like to submit my application for my server to be apart of the network.

Type of Server : I would like to run the OP Factions server, as I have a server bought currently, and was going to make it an OP factions.
Amount of Funds : What do you mean by this?
Experience in Owning/Admining : You may be suprised, I am 11, but have a large amount of experience in developing and adminstrating a server. I have owned 3 or so servers, 1 with me, and two with my friends. I have had alot of developing experience, but I will cover that in the next question.
Coding Ability : 8 / 10 You may be thinking, you're only 11, you can't code! Just watch me, I can give links to some of my plugins, or source code. Infact I made a plugin for my friend earlier today!
Plugin Knowledge : 9/10 I can configure, and know most about almost every major plugin. I know what to do, and can make it unique. I have alot of ideas of plugins I could create for the server.
Building Skill : 7/10 I have alot of friends that are good builders though.
Advertising Skill : I know how to get players; Not by going on other servers and spamming "JOIN THIS SERVER <INSERT IP HERE> AND YOU WILL GET FREE ITEMS!!!!!"! No, I go on websites, right a detailed description of my server, and post it, earning players the right way, not by scamming other servers. Simply by earning them, the correct way.
Do you already have staff : No, I do not have staff, but have some friends that would be suitable candidates for these roles.
Why you should be apart of the network : I can improve the network; I am quite experienced with plugins, adminstration, and running a server in general. I could help you run, and maintain the network, as well as helping the community in general.
What can you bring to the table : An experienced person, with the ability and materials to create a unique server full of custom plugins and more! A developer, who can code, and make plugins (Me). A young, but mature player, who knows what the community will want, and will listen to them.
What would make your server special : Unique plugins. For example, one I thought of, a minigame, called Plague. You spawn in an arena, and try to kill as many silverfish as you can, without dieing of the poison they give you.

Coding Ability: It is kind of limited, but not to the point where I will be asking you where the space button is.
Plugin Knowledge: I have an extensive knowledge of plugins. I specialize in Worldedit, GroupManager, Superparkour and more!
Building Skill: I would rate myself 88 waffles/100. I do modern and futuristic very well, but I'm half decent at everything else.
Advertising Skill: Amazing. First, I have 75 subs and 20+ people ik who play Minecraft, so I can tell all of them. In the past, I have made 4 websites for servers and made a lot of server videos. Trust me, I am better then everyone when it comes to advertising.
Do you already have staff: No. I just finished my server, so this is the perfect timing.
Why you should be apart of the network: I have seen many networks in the past where an owner doesn't know anything. However, you seem like you know what you are doing and I respect that. I am firm but fair and dedicated and hardworking whenever I decide to put my mind towards something. As well as this, I am funny, respectable and generally a nice guy to be around.
What can you bring to the table: I can bring a unique mix of my personality and experience, as well as a good knowledge of permissions and plugins and empathy, as I know how hard it is to set up a network.
What would make your server special: I would actually listen to suggestions and use them so that the server is for them and not me. I wouldn't be one of those people who would have a bug reported to them and then take a bajillion years to fix it- I will do anything in my power to improve the server, be it adding games or fixing them.
