Nations RPG: Help needed!

I am the leader of Team Red Mouse, as of now we have two other active members but we need more. Especially for our new project, Nations. Nations is going to be a large online world where players can make a name for themselves. They will be able to get jobs, get married, buy/own/build houses, go on adventures, and much more as time goes on. We plan to make this as user friendly yet very detailed as we possibly can. The story-line takes place after King Steve has been assassinated by Herobrine and the people of Tormiale are seeking a new king. The world consists of five different inhabitable kingdoms along with uninhabitable regions such as the underworld (the Nether), the Temple of the Gods located on Golliath (the tallest mountain), and The End. We would really appriciate ANY help we could get with building, website maintenance, server supervision, and character role-playing.
