What experience have you had as admin/moderator/staff?: I have been staff on a few small servers before. This gives me experience with working with people and solving problems, and helping people out. I also know MCedit, World Edit, and Photoshop.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?:There are many reasons why I want to be staff. One is that I love helping out and am good at it. I always help to the best of my ability, and whenever I can. Two is that I am active. If there are forums I will always be on them, either from computer or mobile device, and will constantly monitor and contribute. If there is skype/mumble/ts3/ventrilo, I will always be on them whenever I play Minecraft, of when I'm just messing around on the computer. I can be on at least 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. Another reason is that I am responsible. I can handle situations and deadlines, and can be counted on. A few other reasons are that I am a great builder, am very creative, and have many new ideas!
How do you solve problems?: I look at both sides of the situation(if there are two sides). I then think of the outcomes of the different possibilities. If required I will inform/go to a higher rank staff then I, and get help from them. If not I try to solve it the kindest and fairest way I can, with a equal compromise. If it is something against the rules, I will do the appropriate punishment that should be given, for example spam chat=warning or kick, grief=ban.
How well do you behave around people?: I am usually funny, and easygoing. I like to talk and be friendly. Occasional when I am mad or something is going on, I just don't talk much. I like to make friends, and help people.
Are you mature?: Yes. I know when to have fun and when to be serious.

Or report it to head admin or owner, Listen to the story of both of the people (if it's between 2 people) and see what story is true or not true. Liers are not tolerated.
