Higginz here, Im looking for an admin to operate my server when im not around. You need to know how to talk to people professionally and also do your job correctly. And if you have Skype and you can voice chat, that is a big plus. If you are interested give me a message or just say it down below.

Name: Hello, my name is Ryan. I am 14 years of age, and I enjoy playing minecraft. I've had this game sicne 2011, so, since I was 10, and I enjoy this game. Although, these few 3 years recently, I learned more than how to have fun. I know how to use GManager, Pex, Professional building, and a lot more. I was inactive for about 4 months recently, so I'm a bit rusty. However, I'm building myself back up, and understanding everything again. So, I would say that I am experienced. Which I will discuss more about below.
Update: What rank you are applying for: I am applying for (Drum roll please.) Administrator. But Just to let you know, I'm not one of those types of people who are power-hungry. Just putting that out there.
Ign: My In game name is Nexutron.
Age: Like I mentioned above, my current age is 14.
Skype: I do not currently have a skype, and I prefer to keep it that way. However, if it's strongly recommended and even required, I will create an account, just for that.
Experience: I have had a lot of experience in my few minecraft years. However, I retired from all of them. I wanted to start new. Now, you might ask, "Why?" I'll tell you why. I have held the responsibilities of Head Admin, Co-Owner, Head-builder, Head-Moderator, on many servers. Most of shut down due to funding problems, or dDoS attacks, sadly. And the rest just were coming to a stop. So, before I watched those ones end, I retired my spot. And thanked them all for their time. And so, it's time to start new.
Time zone: Mountain Standard.
Maturity leve 1 to 10, 10 being highest: I would say I'm a 9 on the maturity level. Reason for that being, I am a focused hard worker that is respectful to everyone, from players, to Owner. I do not blame anyone for my mistakes, I am responsible, and I also think, before I make a decision. But, I'm not a 10 because I like to have fun every once in a while and enjoy myself with others.
What can you do that makes you better: I don't like to call myself better than anyone. Because the truth is, I'm not. There are many others with different talents then me, and everyone is different. But, I can definitely assist and use my different talents for the greater cause of the server. And I can definitely help this server, all the way. No breaks, I'm always there until the end for you guys. Along the lines of that, I am also very experienced with different things for example, PEX, Group Manager, Building, plugins, Configuring. So, I can use my skills, for the greater cause of the server, and definitely make this server, "Better."
What are you good at: I am good at many things. I am good at using PEX, Group Manager, building, and configuring. I'll go into detail for every one of these. PEX: I've used PEX a great amount of times, so I'd say I'm experienced, and ready to go with that. I have helped a great amount of servers that use PEX with their problems, and so I'd say I'm set on that. Group Manager: This is a lot simpler then PEX, but the problems are a mastery of puzzles to solve. Although, I've finished that puzzle many times due to my many times of experience of using Group Manager. Building, Haha, I am well experienced with this. I have been apart of a few build teams in my days, and I'd say... well, I'm a professional with this. I take my time designing, and think outside the box. Configuring: Well, I'm no Dev. But I'm good at changing things through there, since I've done that a many amount of times.
What are you not so good at: What I am not so good at list: Well, I'm not sure. Let me think about that one. Probably Developing plugins... I'm still learning code, and maybe someday, I'll be experienced enough to develop plugins.
