I am looking for a mature, experienced admin for my server. The server has been up for almost 2 years but is very slow at the moment. Dev work is a plus.

*Any sign of immaturity or volatile behavior that is damaging to the success of the server will result in immediate removal.

I'm looking for an adult. Anyone under 18 need not apply. I'm 28 and female. Working so closely with a minor is simply something I am not comfortable doing. If you are a minor and interested in helping, we will have staff positions available in the future.
