Hello My name is CapnSteveO or Steve for short. I am the Owner of my very own survival games server! I run a 1.7.2 CraftBukkit Server that I use for survival games looking to expand to more mini-games. So, the reason for the post is my Co-Owner and I are in need of some Admins to help us on our server! I have an application below and we ask you complete all fields! What Plans do you have for our server?: My plans for this server is to deliver fun and memorable times. I want to shape the player community as a family or at least as a group of friends that will actually go beyond the minecraft aspect. I am applying for Admin this server because I would love to be apart of the community.
There are loads of good reasons for me Help protecting and helping players out.
My Experiences of being a staff member:
I have loads of experience of being a staff member for all these reasons listed:
Helping players, Monitoring players, Answering questions, Being kind, Stopping people grief, and helping staff etc.
Etc.
Staff ranks I have been: Owner, Co-owner, OP Head-Admin, Admin, Head-Mod, Moderator, Trial-Mod, Helper.
What can I do to help this server:
I can do help this server with loads of complicated and basic things such as, plugins watching and helping players.
I can be on the server 8 hours a day, and more on other days.
I will give 100% to this server .
Sometimes you will come across people that spam and curse which I don't tolerate, this is because I want to give all players GREAT experience on this server.
How good am I with perms and plugins: 10/10. I have had 2 servers before which I have owned And cost me £20 A month, I had to setup everything by my self then I recruited staff.
I can do perms for staff ranks and for player ranks.
How good am I with WorldGuard + Worldedit, I am really good with these they save a lot of time and hastle.
I can do almost anything involving perms, Groupmanager, Plugins, Building etc.
What would be my Best rank and why?: My best rank would be Head-Admin and Admin, the reasons why are because these ranks you have to be trusted and experienced.
These ranks also show that you are loyal and protective over servers, and you will do anything to stop griefers and ddossers.

I am really mature when it comes to servers, this is because it is respecting everyone.
How trustworthy am i 9/10
You don't know what age group will be playing this server too so being mature isn't hard at all it is being professional.
I have laughs all the time but if they are rude I will keep them to my self.
Maturity is what everyone should have.
What would I do to a person that griefs:
What I would do to a person that griefs is I would Jail him or /kick warning 1 then tempban warning 2 then perm ban. And tell A higher member of staff
There are loads of griefs on minecraft servers and I don't agree with this to happen on any server.
And this is the best way to deal with griefers.
Being respectful:
I love being respectful because you get it back too.
This server has a load of respect towards staff members and players, this is good for new players that join.

Specialties: I am a very helpful person. Alot of people get along with me and like to ask me for help when needed. I'm very good at parkour and I'm Average with PVP games such as Survival Games. I have come up with alot of idea frequently.
Past Occupations (On other servers): I have been mod on a few servers. On one of those servers I was a mod for a few months and in that time I was promoted to Admin. I have owned my own server so I'm familiar with commands. I have Co-Owned a server before as well.

What do you expect to come from our server?: I hope that this server will be able to draw a crowd and that many of us can get together to create some new, original games to get the servers name out there. With some hard work and dedication we can definitely make it grow.
What Plans do you have for our server?: If accepted, I plan to come online to the server to help with issues with players. Deal with hackers, spammer, forums, etc. I plan to come up with ideas for the server, to try to enhance it. To think of new games for us to create to add on there.
