In need of an Admin to build Spawn

Thank you for looking at this post.
I'm in need of an Admin who can build a spawn for a Faction server.
I'll leave the idea up to you, but needs the requirements:
Large spawn
Gateways to different part of the server
If you're a very experienced builder, you may receive the rank "Admin" on the server.
This server is very new, and hasn't really been created so far.
A lot is needed to be done.
So please, respond with a quick application on what type/kind of spawn you can make, and if possible some pictures from past creations you made. *Doesn't have to be a spawn*
