Why We Should Pick You:
I have been practicing many builds, commands, plugins with my own server before which lasted for 4 months, creating spawn myself and setting up plugins, and commands everything, which was done by myself. If i get any staff position, I'd clearly do what I am supposed to. For example, I believe Moderators are for: Help people throughout the community, search for hackers, griefers, and discourteous people, Warmly Welcoming new people to the server, and guide members by helping them create their own destiny in the server. For Admin I believe that there role are for : Help Owner create a better community, Ban hackers, griefers and In-polite people, Warmly Welcoming new people to the server and to help people create their destinies in the community. I believe Builders are for : Build spawn, town, decorations and anything else that they have a true effort to build, and help the owner make the community a better place.
Experience:
As I said before, I was a Owner of a server called OriginPvP for around 4months. I played Minecraft for 3 years, and I'm decent with using plugins, commands and many other privelages that you get as a staff. I was a builder in a server called MCDestiny, a SMP server for 5months. While I was there, I created 90% of the spawn, around 3 towns, shops, and a donor centre that was as big as a mansion. I was also a Mod in a server called RectonPvP for 2months, while I was in there, I welcomed many new comers to the server, and helped admin find griefers and hackers.
Maturity:
I rate my maturity Level 9.7 out of 10. This is because people say that you are fully grown and mature when you reach the age 18. However, that is a false statement. By age 5, 95% of your brain function is grown. However it takes 20 years to cover the rest 5% of your brain function. So it means around age 23-25, your brain function will fully grown. Since I'm age 15, I believe around 97% of my brain function is fully grown, so therefor I set my Maturity level as 9.7.

If i become an admin, I will help many new comers to the server by greeting them warmly and introducing them about the server. I will also show how dedicated and mature I am, by using grammars correctly and spelling capital letters correctly even if no one cares about it. By doing this, it shows members how dedicated staffs are, and how mature they are, as an leader of a community.
