If you are looking for admins on a website, it really wont be helpful. Youll be better off working by yourself until you notice someone might be right for the job.

Experience: I've owned a server before, Tekkit Classic, which is still up, but no one plays on it so I'm getting bored, I've also owned 2 more servers if you look thru my forum history! I've been admin on plenty of servers, and I do love to spend time on them.
About me: I'm a decent builder, good with worledit, group manager, and basically any other plugin you throw at me. I am a humble, yet serious person, though I love common jokes, I also do not spend that much time on social media besides youtube, where I have 179 subscribers at the moment! I really would like to find a server to call home, and this server seems like the perfect place!

If someone is hacking: If someone was hacking they'd be banned instantly.
If someone is spamming: 10 minute mute, continued and they be temp-banned for 2 days.
If someone is advertising: They wouldn't want to play anyway, so perm-ban.
If someone is glitching items: Ban if they didn't tell me/owner.
