Need Admins for my server :)

I am 15 I play minecraft at night mostly till 12:00-2:00 I am a really good at fighting and strategy I am really good builder I can help with mostly anything I can build statues of your character I have a Skype my name is darktrack43579 and im on everyday please can I be an admin on your server

I am 14 years old but don't judge me because of my age. I am very mature and have been playing mc since the beginning of 1.7 beta. I know how to use world edit, but i am a pretty fast learner. I am pretty good at building and i once built a giant hotel that the server ended up using as a warp, and i built it in the middle of the ocean and in survival mode. I have a basic understanding of redstone, and i know most of the admin commands. I also would have might have some suggestions for plugins for the server.

Well I am only 15. I turn 16 in less than two months. I will apply anyway because i have been studying towny and now know more than the admin on my server. I have been playing minecraft for a month, and i have already build a town on another server, also, before minecraft i played a similar ios game called eden, in which i build my own city.
