Need Admins/mods!
I am tired of playing on servers with a horrible owner that is never there, or admins that just dont care!
I am going to start my own server, the money is no issue. The problem is, i have no idea how to config a server for Minecraft! Who knows, it may be a piece of cake! But, i would rather have someone experienced help me out setting up the server!
Please post me your IGN, age, timezone, and what you are capable of doing?
I have 2 things i want to do...i either want a PROTECTED servers with Citys...where people claim a plot, set up their shit, and no one can touch it.
Or
the exact opposite...A spawn point...that is surrounded by a safe area, once you are out...you can get killed. Run out into the wild and try to build a base either above or under ground..but other players can grief and steal....
I am open to any ideas! I just want a server to play on that wont go down!

I can sort of set up a bukkit server and know how to port-forward.
I know lots of plugins to get and how to use them.
I am very mature and I adore helping people.

Believe it or not, I have wanted to do the exact same thing for a while. The only issue i had was the money you would have to pay the host. It may seem like I'm kissing buts, but I am not. Why: I would like to help build a spawn and make more creations if you would like me to build for example (A Zen temple with a a zen garden) and I may be able to claim land for safezones and such.
