Need a builder
I am AceMinister, as you may have noticed. I have a server, it's fairly nice. I get around 20-25 players during the weekdays, probably mid afternoon. Almost 30 on weekends. Have a nice website, however, the building is horrible. I somehow manage to make a great server with the plugin and website intragrations, and the players eat it up.
Anyways, I need a good builder. Not an "I build a 10x10 house" builder, I mean good. I would like to keep the builder(s) around, and may even give some money or staff ranks if pleased.

Hello noticed you were looking for a builder, What kind of builds are you looking for?
I'm 25. Currently own a server I'm looking to step down from.
I can build hubs, spawns and buildings pretty well, terraform, build adventure maps or pvp maps of any sorts, underground towns, caverns.
World edit is needed, I will not work without it. Haha.
I build pretty well I'd say 8/10 I'm still learning but I do build pretty quick , you can view my builds on my pmc user.

I can build a spawn for you but not for free, my server is costing too much to not charge at the moment.
I guess everyone sucks at building now.
