Thats A VERY BIG "If" someone puts in ALOT of work on your server and you dont get donations the server fails and they wasted there time and didnt even get paid this is VERY Unprofessional

Yourself or Team: If I have blueprints to a build, I can build them with a team, but if I imagine a build, a team will most likely build something I did not expect. I have pros and cons either way, and I'm open to both.
