Need Builder! No Rush!

Hello guys! I own a server currently and it's a 32 gig server i7 4790k CPU I have Factions, Survival, Kit Pvp, BedWars, Skyblock, Creative, Prison, and a Hub + Build/Staff Server. Currently the Hub is finished and Creative is near finished. Survival is 30% done. The rest arent started. There is no set released for the server. I have alot on my plate with school, work, and the server being so big I cant do it by myself. So If I had a builder or builder it would really help!
