Need builders!!!

Hello readers,

As you visit this topic i assume you're a good builder. So i need builders to build a spawn for my server that's 24/7 right now. It's also currently whitelisted because there isn't a spawn. And this spawn that i want isn't normal... I want a spawn where you have build docks because my server is a server with working aircraft's. So please mind doing a little application.
