In need of builders

So, I know that builders are come around on PMC but you are my last chance. There is a new server that I have created but I need help building a new spawn among other things. There are only a few requirements that you need to know before you say "Oh hey, there's a guy recruiting builders." I will say that I am not trying to be rude.
