Need Builders!

Hello guys! I have been working on my new server recently, Azure PvP, and I think I am almost ready to begin posting it and advertising it but I need a better looking spawn that is more professional and better looking than the one I have now. The only problem is, the best thing I can build is a simple box. This is why I need your help! I am looking for the BEST builders out there to help me create a vibrant, good-looking spawn. Here are the requirements for this position: 1. You must have Skype. 2. You need to be able to use World Edit and Voxel Sniper. 3. You have to have a microphone on Skype to speak through. 4. You need to be able to be online a decent amount of time each day, preferably 2 or more hours. 5. And finally, you need to have screenshots or picture of previous structures that you have built.
