Each spawn must have the following:
-At least one Maple Tree
-Place for a Shop
-VIP Lobby/Zone
-Creators Names
-Donator Wall*
-Rank Wall*
-Rules Wall*
-Spots for Portals
*Walls must be blank/have no names on them.
