I would tell them i am sorry the feel that was and politely ask them to stop insulting me and if they still have a problem they should take it up with somebody else and if it is constant harassment and ignorance and a refusal to listen to me when i tell them to stop insulting me then i will 1) give a final warning 2) kick them 3) give a temp ban 4) ban until further notice.
