NEED BUILDERS/ADMINS
My name is jason (username jason415sf) and I am looking for good Admins and
Builders for my minecraft server. I will try to explain what I need without writing a book
Who am I looking for?
As Admins, mostly people with experience, good admins that are at the same time good builders, people that have a wide range of knowledge about plugins and that would be able to, if needed, run a large (200 players) server. They should also have the time to be online at least once a day.
As builders, people that can build awesome stuff, and I don't mean a nice house, but more than that, people that have experience using WorldEdit and VoxelSniper. If you apply for builder, be sure to mention it, and to link some screenshots!
Lastly, I would like to say that speaking Dutch is a plus, having had your own (proper) server is even better.
What I don't want
Not wanting to be rude, but no nooby kids, that are like "Look, I made a bukkit server,I put in essentials, I'm an admin! What is .yml?" They need to be mature.
Trolls. I hate sometimes going on others servers, and being trolled by the admins/owners.

Who am I looking for?

Why Do you want to be staff?: Because every other server I apply, Either the owner doesn't Know what he is doing or He can't Make an good server. This Seems like an Server witch May be successful, And Have an professional owner who knows what he is doing. I want to be staff because I'm Cooperative,Mature,Honest,And trustful. I get along with people, Also I try to solve the problems people may Have an issue With. I also Am very good with permissions,redstone, A little bit of building and adding detail And more Texture to the buildings. I also can Configure Plugins Example - Votifier,Listener,Coreprotect,essentials.groupmanager, a little of permissionsex,Npc,Worldedit,Worldguard Etc. I can also stay on the server for about 6-7 Hours per day total On the server to give. Also I'm A bit good on HTML Coding, And I know how to advertise very Well, With long and Professional Post With An banner, We can also hire artists to create such things as banners, And cool objects In game. And Maybe An Texture pack and I hoped you Enjoyed Reading my application I put all my effort Into This, I told you all what I can do And what I can Givr you. a user is griefing, what would you do: What I would do is ban that player, Then I would get coreprotect rollback the home, If any damage that wasn't rolled back I would give the player a few items to fix Up the house.

a user is griefing: I would give them a few warnings ( depending on what they did) and if they still are doing this, i would temp ban them for 1-5 days (again depending on what they are doing). but i wouldn't abuse anyone or anything.
