NEED BUILDERS/ADMINS 1.6.2
My name is jason (username jason415sf) and I am looking for good Admins and Builders for my minecraft server. I will try to explain what I need without writing a book
Who am I looking for?
As Admins, mostly people with experience, good admins that are at the same time good builders, people that have a wide range of knowledge about plugins and that would be able to, if needed, run a large (2000 players) server. They should also have the time to be online at least once a day.
As builders, people that can build awesome stuff, and I don't mean a nice house, but more than that, people that have experience using WorldEdit and VoxelSniper. If you apply for builder, be sure to mention it, and to link some screenshots!
Lastly, I would like to say that speaking Dutch is a plus, having had your own (proper) server is even better.
What I don't want
Not wanting to be rude, but no nooby kids, that are like "Look, I made a bukkit server,I put in essentials, I'm an admin! What is .yml?" They need to be mature.
Trolls. I hate sometimes going on others servers, and being trolled by the admins/owners.

Who am I looking for?

skype : have an account but i play on a windows 8 computer so as you might know windows doesnt support skype (yet anyway) so its always crashing! sorry if this affects you

if a user is greifing: i would kick him/her immediately. They should know griefing is wrong and not allowed! i got greifed a lot of times in my experience going from server to server and it was really lousy and i know how it feels.
other info: i am currently making a cruse ship in one of my minecraft world . once i finish it i would love to show it to you to show you my building skills. it is over 200 blocks long (just to let you know so it may be a while till i finish it) .I am on minecraft a lot and i am very trustworthy( i dont mean to sound full of myself)

I have been playing minecraft for 3years now and also have been admin once and owned a server(not anymore) I am a good builder and up for any task. I can control all the players problems and can help you out with alot of stuff.

a user is griefing, what would you do: Either install a "anti grief plugin, or jail plugin, or "Freeze player" plugin(freezes a player so they cannot escape when somebody reports an griefer) or I would do my 5 - step player trial, which is first warn, then jail (approx. 1 hour), then temp ban(approx 5-10 hours), then another temp ban(48 - 72 hours) then ip ban + player ban(forever)
Anything else: I am an experienced minecraft staff / builder, and a fun and friendly staff member, while being on top of things. I am a very expierienced builder as you will not regret hiring me to be a staff/ builder on your server.

I have a youtube channel that I can advertise servers on and get more people to join your server. I am a girl which isn't that common. I have brothers that love to go on the same servers as me so that just brings in more people.

I have tried to make my own server but I don't want to pay money to host it. That being said, I now know how to set up perms and config for plugins and such. I have used tons of different plugins so I know a lot of commands. I'm not very good at pvp cause my computer is slow and I never abuse my power. I would love to be staff on any server because helping people is my thing. I'm on minecraft everyday all day so I can be on all the time.

What that plugin does is when a faction claims land another faction can not take over that land. also when creepers explode it does not break blocks it only hurts the player and tnt doesn't blow up blocks it only hurts players.
