The way to get moved up a rank is by proving you are worthy
Example: building really good towns, sticking to theme (medieval), and not abusing power. In the end, when we are done building, all level 3 builders will be automatically moved to a good rank on the server. All level 2 builders will be awarded a special bundle of commands, items, and other things. And then the level one rank gets awarded items.
Our theme is medieval, and we want the best of the best to build the server. If you are not sure of how to build medieval come on and watch others do it!

This builder will build in gamemode but also monitor other builders and make sure they are not abusing their power. They have /tp

This builder will have worldedit, gamemode, and ban. If you are found abusing power you will be banned.
