Need builders for server!

i am jamie aka ancientart i host my server on my desktop PC and i normally have a 24/7 up time. i give my computer small breaks once in a while but if something breaks i fix it right away. right now i have 8 GB DDR3 , 250g SSD , 1TB HD , 4 cores 2.7ghz..
and upgrading soon.
I am learning java and have made some plugins for my server but my goals are much larger then that. as of right now i am addicted to Game of thrones so i figuered i would make a rpg , game of thrones esk server.
players pick male or female when they enter the world for the first time then it will save that forever. first levels / promotes are just by being on the server for a period of time. once you become a man or woman you can join a house (guild or faction if u will). you could make your own house but it costs a lot of money normally would take a group of people. if you make your own house then you become king and anyone helping you will join your bloodline. and kings only live 7 days then die so someone in your bloodline would take the spot as king but all is not lost if there is a baby token from some king on queen action then you will be reborn into to world as a nobal baby instead of a new born. there are many different titles you can have but that is all i will say for now on the topic of blood lines.
to earn money players must complete dungeons, kill enemys/enemy players, kings can place bountys on players. gather resources and sell them. steal other players money. raid pillage and plunder .
kings/queens/prince/pincess/lord can all host tournaments like hunger games, spleef, joust, fight to death and more.
All this is in the making but right now i need players that can help me build the dungeons so if your a good builder and have an eye for artistic environments like me. send me a msg and i will set you up on my server.
i am open to ideas as well even for my plugin i am making but DO NOT ASK FOR OP OR RANKS you will get what i give you. i am a nice guy. and when this is all made and done i will build a beast of a server computer or fined a good host.

I am joining
i am bumping with a WIP plugin i am making to add a new puzzle feature to my adventure survival game of thrones. i hope some people will join my team. hopefully people around 20+ i am 24.
