This is not a good idea for staff at all. First off, people who build are builders. Not donors or Admininistrator. Donator should not be given to just anyone. It should be for donators! Administrative rank should be for trusted staff members! No offence, but I suggest looking in on how to run a staff team before starting a server. For starters, you said you need Builders, and apparently if they build a spawn they would get either a rank that they unfairly got for people who realize the difficulties the owners have with payment, and generously help with this problem, or a rank given to trusted staff members that know how to assist the owner with all executive manners at hand, who know not only how to build, but how to code to an extent, how to take matters into their own hands when the owner isn't around, and to manage both the server and its forums, as well as the group chat and possibly the team speak server. Instead of this, you should have said, "Need Builders for New Server," and end it at that. For a description, you should have said something about if they helped build spawn, they would be CONSIDERED for a builder position. And leave it at that. Before you write something meant to be a clever comeback, please know im only trying to assist.
