Need builders,helpers,devs,admins,and mods for an OPPrison

Hello! I am starting an OPprison server called BioticCraft! I need all the ranks listed in the title! application formats below.

Everything on the list is required so please don't apply if you dont have skype or if you can't provide something I have listed in the app. you might get accepted but as a lower rank on the server! Over time as I trust you more and more you might be promoted as I see right. with builders I will give you perms to build and as I trust you you may get promoted to admin/builder but you will keep the prefix as builder. Head-builder will be a step above all builders! I myself am a great builder and I made spawn witch you will see if you get accepted! if you apply and you know a dev or a builder who is looking to be staff on a server please direct them here because these ranks are very important and I need them the most!

Why you should be staff: Alrighty, I believe that I should be staff because I have quite a bit of experience in my past 5 or so years on Minecraft. I have seen a lot and have lots of ideas I can bring to the server. I can help out quite a bit and I'm usually always online to help out.
Current/past experiences as staff: Over my 5 years of being on Minecraft I have seen my fair share of Minecraft servers. I've seen good things and bad things, I know how to bring an appealing server to new players who are looking for a new server. I'm not going to list the servers I've been staff on because I see no point in that but I'll let you know what I have a lot of experience with moderating and dealing with players on this game.
How mature are you and how well do you handle stressful situations? I would say I'm a mature person. I like to joke around but when I am required to take things seriously I do so. I like to handle situations calmly and try to not make a big scene or create more problems. I don't like to jump to conclusions so I use my best judgement to do as good as I can.
Why I should be a higher rank than the helpers and mods? Once again I believe that I should be an Admin since I am mature, I know how to talk properly and address issues with players and how to resolve them without anymore problems. I have lots of experience from my past. I also might start getting into coding again and I could help out as a developer but not too sure about that

I am mature for my age and love to have fun while being mature.

I handle stressful situations well and if it would get out of hand I would take action or get another staff to help with the situation.
