Hey guys, I am trying to rest start an old server of mine, my inbox has been flooded with people asking me to put it back up and I feel like I am in a position to do so.

Here is a list of the skill set I need in my team.
1. Experience in plugins. This doesn't mean in-game commands (Those can be taught fairly easily), I am talking about experience with configuring, working our common errors and updating. I will need 1-2 people with this skill set and they will likely be high on the rank list.
2. Experience with dealing with people. This server is a very intense and heated PvP environment, people are constantly yelling at each other and at each others throats. You will need to be able to keep a calm head an deal with situations responsibly and reasonably well maintaining the notion that it is still competitive environment
All member of the team will need to have this skill set
3. Creativity, This is mostly for the builders but I hope to have a dynamic range of maps that have some relative balance to them (If you have no idea what I am talking about check the forum thread) I realize being a builder is a very attractive option and will likely attract more people because everyone who plays Minecraft has some creativity
4. Time, this is the most important one of all, every member of the team needs to be able to devote time and effort into the server, I'm not setting an amount but be reasonable, if you don't think you can take on part time job currently then I wouldn't apply.

The server I am hoping to run is a hardcore arena server that puts focus on people leveling there classes and fighting other players, the server thread holds a more comprehensive description and some of the maps we had before the server went down, if this sort of idea doesn't sound appealing to you then don't apply for a position.

I really would prefer you to take a picture of something you have built, you are fully capable simply hit F2 in game then go to your minecraft folder and it will be in the screen shots folder.
