We are in need of someone who is very good with JavaScript (not perfect) and can make/tweek Bukkit plugins. If you would like to help us out you will get a staff spot as the Developer on our server (No that's not just so you will help us, we aren't going to pay you or give you special treatment or give you "bribe" you.) This would be considered volunteer work, if we like you and you are good at what you do we would give you part of the donations we make.
