Need chat moderators

I swear, if anybody comments on here saying they've owned a million servers and been staff on twice that, I'm blocking you. Forever.
Anyway, people complain that my server has too much cussing on it, and I don't want to get an anti-swear plugin because I don't mind a few curse words here and there. I also hate muting people because they get pissed and leave. So, if you're interested, comment below with your IGN, Skype, and anything that makes you qualify for this... job, I guess.
Also, if you own a server and have any tips on anything, even how to build a space ship to go to mars, that'd be helpful in ways not even I could fathom.

I would be interested in viewing the server, and then possibly applying for this position.
I don't have any extraordinary qualifications, I've been mod once and owned a server aswell. (That's in hiatus at the moment)
I usually play PvP servers, and if I were to be a moderator on your server, I'd hope I'd still be able to play just as any other player.
