I Need a Coder For My [1.7.4] Minecraft Server!

I was wondering if someone could make a plugin for my server. A Hunger Games one for my friends and I. I need to be able to make a area for a force field that will kill players if they pass it. Also if they step off their plate before a specified time they blow up. That would be awesome if possible. Please respond! the ip is fireworkshack.no-ip.biz
