Need A Custom Plugin! Need DEV!

Hello! Let's get right into it. I run a Zombie themed server, that being said I would like a plugin similar to mob arena , that I can add crack shot guns to. I want it to have a leveling system, and rewards/commands that you can get when you reach certain levels. I want it to be similar to block ops zombies, we can talk further more on skype .
