I need a Dev!!!

Hey everyone, if you are a Developer then this is the job for you! I really need Someone to help me out, i have some plugins i have that i need modified also i need a dev to code/fix bugs for my server. i want to take my Server seriously. So if you are interested please reply, I would like the format like this (copy and paste) and then reply.
You will get paid monthly, once the server starts off ( i don't have much money atm )
