I need a dev!

Hi, I'm in need of a developer for my server as i have no idea how to work with plugins or get things running. I have tried multiple times to get various things to work but i have just not succeeded. So with that being said this is a post for "hiring" a developer for my server.

~ Setting up a factions world
~ Setting up a creative/freebuild world

Why you should get dev: I have a lot of experience with plugins and making them/setting them up also i run a network all setup by me and my buddies it has 3 Factions servers a Prison server a UHC server and a Practise PVP server. I think I would be great for what you need! Good Luck!
