Can you use groupmanager: Yes. I'm pretty skilled with it, if I say so myself
Can you do permissions: Yes, isn't it (Nearly) the same thing as GroupManager?
Can you be active on server: Of course. I play Minecraft almost 8 hours per day
Why Should I pick you: I've been playing Minecraft for an average of 4 hours every day, for about three years, now. I've played on many servers, many of which I've been promoted. I'm very helpful, I know a lot of commands, and plugin management.
Other staff expierience: I own a non-24/7 server. I also used to be a Guard on a famous prison server (MC-Convicted)
Other plugin expertice: I'm very skilled with WorldEdit. I have over 50, maybe 75, plugins on my server. I know all the commands in Essentials, and I know how to write config for GroupManager.
Anything else?: I'm the "Helpful" person, that volunteers for everything.
I can also make a blog for the server, at no cost to you.
