Need a Developer [Plugin-Developer]

Hi, I need help on my server, its a multi-world server.
I've tried to find plugins which haves as function separate MOTDs (Message of the day)
per world but it seems they aren't working as I expected.
Example: WorldMOTD plugin.

I'm looking for a Plugin-Developer with high experience at plugins.
