Need a developer!

Hey! Today im searching for a developer who can code me a plugin that places blocks back if they get blown up or deleted by worldedit or hand. So simply I want a plugin that auto rebuilds the selected area automatically if anything in that area get destroyed by someone without a permission. I also want a plugin that spawns people 1 tnt every 30 sec I want that to be a permission also since donators will have that. Send me a message if you can make this!
