NEED A DEVELOPER!

ThriveCraft is in need of a developer that is willing to help out with a few things for free. In return, I will give you the rank of developer, which would give you access to every command. My server is spigot 1.9, and I am in need of a working KitPVP plugin, a drugs plugin, and i would need help setting up a voting system and crate system were players are rewarded for voting with keys, which they can then use to open up different crates. If we did start to get donations, I would be happy to pay you, but atm I just cant. Also, even if you can just help out with one thing, it would still be very beneficial to the server.
