Need Developer ASAP

I'm looking for a plugin developer who can provide me with a plugin. This plugin is a 2v2 battle arena. It'll be where 4 people do a command that teleports them to a lobby. In that lobby they can do a command to team with another player. Once their are two teams of two these players are teleported to an arena where each player has 3 lives. After that the winner is awarded with essentials economy and all players are teleported to spawn.
