Welcome to Stargonagames, I am the founder of the server we are looking for experienced staff that are mature and can handle any situation or problem that comes his/her way! A little about the server, we start about three(3) months ago, almost everything is built, this is going to be a medieval server,filled with fun and creativity! I have no way to genuinely express my sincerity towards this application; I am not doing this for the rank. I really want Stargona Games to be an amazing place in which everyone can enjoy, I'm willing to sacrifice my time and freedom to make the server a better place, I have obligations elsewhere but as time has proven, I have good time management skills. I will definitely be active, contrary to previous applications I've sent halfheartedly on other servers. I feel like I have a sort of extensive background with moderating and controlling a community. Even while being serious on the topic of moderation, I can be someone that you can have fun and joke around with.
To add on to that, I am a fair person, and you can count on me to not make decisions based on favoritism and friendship. The vibe and atmosphere on the server is amazing, the players and the staff help in that department. Ever since I've started playing Minecraft, moderating has been a big part of the experience. I've moderated many communities, giving me a lot of experience and knowledge on the road. Helping is one of the most pleasurable things that I've done, both in Minecraft and in real life. I believe that an urge to help, kindness and sincerity will take you far, I can confidently say that I embody all of these traits and I really think that I could be a great help to the staff team.
5. What can you do for the server?
I can contribute to the community by keeping the peace. This can contribute to the community because people usually fight about if someone is hacking, or if they should've won a battle (all the time), and it gets very irritating as you're currently in a PvP battle, and some person is just like, "YOU'RE HACKING! "NO YOU ARE!!!11!!!”
Another way I can contribute is by inviting more people to the community. I can ask all my friends and classmates/people I see in school to come on the server, if they play Minecraft. This can contribute to the community because our community can grow, and we'll have even more staff to moderate the community, and to of course, keep the peace!
Finally; the last way I can contribute to the community is by making sure all people are not breaking the rules, and that all their questions are answered (if I'm Trainee, in staff chat like /modreq, or normal chat if I'm denied). This can help contribute to the community because nobody will have a bad stay at Stargona Games, when all the rule-breakers are gone!
