Need a Developer for Custom Server

Hello Everyone,
Today I am posting to all available developers that I am in need of someone to make me or find Custom plugins. I am making a server that includes new material never seen before on other servers. Although it won't be survival, it will be more original than other servers. I will not go into details on forums as i will tell you specifically by PM or Skype when you are chosen. Things for example i need to be made is a command auto-runner, a voting system for maps that loads the most voted for map. The developer for my server will be awarded with Developer rank, which is all commands except opping / deopping, and you will have higher ranks on the website/forums.
