In Need A Plugin manager for new server!

I have my own server but it is connected to another server so you have to join threw a hub. I need 1 person that can setup permissions and groups with pex and also help build.

Experience being a dev: well i have been dev on 6 diff servers and they liked me they thought i was good but sadly it shutdown and well yea i want to help because i like helping and i wish to help you

Group manager is easy to use also pay job? for group manager? are you amature or what
You are amuture here PEX is buggy as hell maybe these days
Is this a pay job and also I would prefer group manager not pex because I could easily have ranks and permissions set up quickly.

Suggestion: Change the title from "Need A Developer for new server!" to something like "In Need Of Plugin Manager For New Server!" cause what you're asking for, is permissions and stuff which is config based not plugin creation.
I also need hub builders/Spawn builders
