My name is Tyler, I run what used to be a pretty large gaming community; Sideways Gaming
The servers have been dying down a bit lately, I decided to recode my GMod server and startup a new Minecraft server project, I'll be spending a bit more time on the GMod server and I'm not the best with MInecraft permissions and general coding stuffs.
I've got a unique(ish) concept for the server which won't take a ridiculous amount of work, it will be a factions server with a unique concept (Not going to post it here)
Basically, I need someone who knows their way around permissions and configuring other plugins, maybe some actual knowledge in coding.
(GFX designers are also needed, but this isnt the place for that)
I can't afford to pay you with money right now, but you will earn yourself a permanent position in my community if you're able to help with this project.
I need 1 developer, you must live in the USA (More convenient), you must be of 16 years of age or older (sorry, kids), and willing to work for free.
I don't use Skype, so to contact me either post here (I will be watching the thread) or add me on Steam @ http://steamcommunity.com/id/sidewaysgamingdotus/
I can almost guarantee that this server will take off with the right amount of advertising, it's a sure idea that's been done before, but currently no servers are running.

I am able to help you out I hosted my own server so I know pretty much just PM me
Oh, also! I've got the funds to keep the server running, and I also have a website.
