*+In need of developer/moderators for Faction/GTA server+*

Hi guys! I have found this guy that is willing to invest a lot of money into getting a Faction/GTA server running and i need some help with the coding and texture packs for gta, i have set up factions so far. I'm willing to pay the developer up to $70 and more later once we get the funds. Also moderators are greatly needed. We will pay moderators up to $7 a week depending if our funds allow it.
