Hi people, (THIS IS NOT PAID)
We "Hyper IslandMC" are searching for staff especially high-staff to help with developing/growing the community and we're about to start with developing the server we are not open yet. We already have a small community, but we are remaking it and making a whole new server and we are switching from Dutch to English so if you are Dutch that's fine too. We're thinking about making a skyblock server if you are interested in this application for staff answer these questions:
1. Where do you come from what timezone?
2. What is your age?
3. Do you have a good working microphone?
4. Do you have discord to work with?
5. What is your Minecraft name and your previous Minecraft names? check on namemc
6. Discord name?
7. If you wanna be a developer how long experience with Java do you have and with overall developing servers?
8. Why should we choose you as staff/partner?
9. If you wanna be a partner tell us something about your community?
10. Why should we trust you with what you do and if it will work what you do?
11. What helps you to be motivated with going on with what you do?
12. Do you have enough time to get at least about 7 hours a week work in as average?
13. Are you able to work with a team and work together?
14. Anything else you wanna tell us?
If we see you put good effort into this application and did a good job answering these questions we are going to contact you via discord and we will go through the next stage, which is gonna be a conversation with you and some of our high-staff then we decide if you are going to be the role you applied for and we are gonna work on the server with our staff and get a nice opening where we worked on together!

I have developed my own survival server in the past with some success. This mostly includes plugin configurations not coding a plugin from scratch. During this time I have learned a lot and I hope to apply these skills somewhere else.
8. Why should we choose you as staff/partner?
I like to think with a couple year of running my own server in the past I have built up some experience and am aware what works and what doesn’t.
10. Why should we trust you with what you do and if it will work what you do?
I am quite trustworthy and am motivated and passionate about a project like this. I am more thana happy to be adaptive but I really enjoy being creative coming up with ideas as well as configuring things.
11. What helps you to be motivated with going on with what you do?
I have been playing this game for year but most of all being part of a great community as well as diverse project that is what keeps me motivated to keep working and going.
12. Do you have enough time to get at least about 7 hours a week work in as average?
I can definitely spend min of 7-14 hour working on a project a week. My personal schedule does change from week to week depending on my study.
13. Are you able to work with a team and work together?
I personally enjoy working with others I think it a great way to keep each other motivated and stimulate a creative and open mind set.
14. Anything else you wanna tell us?
Before I will spend all my energy in this project I would love to hear from you guys as well and understand the vision and scope of the project.
