In need of a Developer/PluginManager for my Server

Hey everyone, my friend and I have a server set up, and we are having problems managing our plugins - especially GroupManager. Therefore we need a developer that is an awesome coder and plugin manager... especially with GroupManager if possible. If you think you meet these requirements, please contact me.
